LED Lighting for Machining and Parts Industry

Another industrial lighting project by SX Lighting.

In this case, the project involved retrofitting the industrial lighting system in the warehouse of a manufacturer of centrifugal pump parts and machining. The client, dissatisfied with the sodium vapor lamp solutions purchased locally, was looking for a more efficient and reliable alternative to replace the existing fixtures, which had low durability and insufficient lighting.

Based on the client’s needs, we prepared a lighting study and installed 200W SX-LIH fixtures on trusses, ensuring uniform illumination, high energy efficiency, and reduced maintenance requirements.

The SX-LIH High Bay model, known for its robustness and excellent performance in industrial environments, was designed to provide consistent, high-quality luminous output. With this project, the client achieved the following benefits:

  • Reduced maintenance costs: The new fixtures offer greater durability compared to previous solutions.
  • Energy savings: Optimized luminous efficiency with less energy waste.
  • Improved visibility: Adequate luminous output for the area, meeting safety and productivity standards.
  • Reliable delivery timelines: The client aligned their demand with the scheduled supply deadline, ensuring excellent retrofit planning.

The client approached SX Lighting after observing positive results in similar projects implemented by our team and the recognized quality and reliability of our products. Watch the video below to see the results:

Once again, we reaffirm our commitment to personalized lighting solutions, efficiency, and advanced technology, transforming industrial lighting into a strategic factor for productivity and cost savings for our clients.

High Bay Industrial Luminaire

Recommended for industries, logistics warehouses, and distribution centers, with the High Bay SX-LIH, we can change the lenses to better direct and illuminate, efficiently, large aisles with pallet racks, shelves, or equipment. The narrower angle directs the light focus better and prevents light loss at the top of objects that can cause interference and dark spots.
