Street Lighting - Taubaté
Located in the Vale do Paraíba metropolitan area, in the state of São Paulo, with a population over 300 thousand inhabitants, Taubaté started, in 2017, the mass substitution of theold sodium bulbs that equipped the street lighting posts. More than 30 thousand incandescent bulbs were substituted by LED luminaires. At the ocasion, the street light model offered by SX Lighting was the Fortika.
Now, the main avenues in the central area of the town and many neighborhoods have the benefit of a cleaner and more uniform lighting. Besides the considerable improvement in its lighting and conveying a higher feeling of safety for those living in peripheral areas, the town now consumes less energy regarding street lighting, making it possible to direct a value once used for an end to other important investments in other sectors.
Furthermore, the energetic efficiency brought by the new LED luminaires makes the town emit less pollunting gases, harmful to the ozone layer, and make it move towards a greener future, following the sustainable policies that contribute with the preservation of natural resources.
In the pictures, it is possible to see the luminosity and uniformity on the avenues around the neighborhood of Quiririm, which is the district of the town, complying with locla standards.
